Ultrasonic Food Slicing Device
Ultrasonic Food Slicing Device can be used for a wide range of applications and offers new possibilities for the cutting sector. It is particularly useful and effective for cutting soft or relatively sticky materials.
Operation
Mechanical vibrations of frequency between 20-40 kHz are transmitted to a sonotrode specific to cutting. This includes a sharp part.
The sonotrode vibrates at this ultrasound frequency.
Rapid blade vibration increases the cutting speed, allowing you to cut without exerting pressure.
Soft materials such as cheese do not deform during cutting and do not adhere to the blade due to vibration.
