UFM8101CH Block Cheese Ultrasonic Fixed Weight Machine
The UFM8101CH is an in-line intelligent portioning machine with ultrasonic cutting technology, designed for fixed weight portioning of Block cheese. The machine incorporates an integrated weigh-scale which is used to pre-weigh cutting products and then portion it for optimum results – maximising yield and minimising giveaway.
This conveyor-based machine can be integrated into your existing production line or be operated as a standalone solution. The highly flexible machine can be easily programmed and operated, with a range of blade size options available. A fixed weight portion cutter designed for productivity, hygiene and safety standards required by the modern cheese packing industry. It is adaptable for low-rate fixed weight cutting that comes in either an automatic or manual version.
