Our ultrasonic cake cutting machine is a combination of ultrasonic cutting equipment and six-axis control system to provide customers with flexibility, quality and efficiency to meet changing market demands.

Our department has launched a multifunctional ultrasonic cutting system capable of slicing, dicing, and continuous cutting. These three operations are essential for providing efficient, clean processing solutions to the pet food industry. The equipment utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations; the cutting head instantly generates micron-level shearing action for precise cutting—without pressure or tearing—ensuring a clean, uniform cut and a perfectly consistent shape.

Note: This equipment is not suitable for cutting pet food containing bone or cartilage. Such materials can easily damage the titanium cutting head, thereby reducing the equipment’s service life and cutting quality.
