UFM2300L Ultrasonic Toast Cutting Machine
This ultrasonic toast cutting machine adopts a continuous conveyor belt and flying shear cutting head structure, allowing materials to be cut without stopping during the process. The cutter head support can be fitted with either a traditional mechanical blade or an ultrasonic blade system, making it suitable for cutting fresh and highly viscous products. The portion size can be set via the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), while the conveyor belt speed is controlled by an encoder connected to the upstream conveyor. The machine is equipped with a fully automatic control system; both the Y-axis and Z-axis are driven by servo motors with built-in absolute encoders, enabling precise portion control and speed adjustment.
