UFM8101 Ultrasonic Mass Production Cake Cutting Machine
This high-volume industrial cake slicer is engineered for high-speed on-line continuous cutting, ideal for processing all types of sheet-based baked goods. The unit utilizes a conveyor work surface or dedicated tray/pan fixtures to divide whole sheet products into standard single servings.The UFM8101 configuration comes with dual cutting stations to greatly boost output efficiency. The first station performs X-axis slicing, after which the product automatically advances to the second station for Y-axis cross cutting. It is perfectly suited for bakery facilities with a production demand of over two full sheet units per minute.
