UFM3100W Ultrasonic Cheese Slicing Machine
The ultrasonic in-line slicing machine UFM3100W is the automatic portioning machine with ultrasonic cutting technology. It could be cut the round and stick cheese at perfect fixed weights. This intelligent machine combines an integrated weigh-scale for pre-weighing in order to cut the cheese for optimal results – maximizing yield and minimizing giveaway. It not only can be produced standalone, but also could be integrated into an existing line. The machine has approved the CE and FDA certifications.
