UFMR5500 Ultrasonic Cutting Machine With Baking Tray Handling Robot
The robotic arm program completes the entire process of baking pan loading, cutting, and return to the designated loading position. The pans can be directly pushed into a fully loaded trolley, and the equipment automatically processes the pans, returning finished products to the trolley for the next process. This replaces manual loading and unloading, reducing labor costs, significantly lowering the labor pressure in the baking workshop, and steadily improving slicing production efficiency.
Our newly developed UFMR5500 ultrasonic cutting machine is equipped with a baking rack docking station and an ultrasonic cake slice processing unit. It can complete the entire process of baking tray loading, cutting, and return to the trays via a robotic arm program control. In the modern baking industry, automation plays a crucial role in improving efficiency and reducing labor-intensive tasks. Robots play a vital role in baking tray handling. This process includes moving, loading, and unloading baking trays, which is essential for successful baking.
Previously, ultrasonic cutting machines relied primarily on manual loading. Operators had to repeatedly place baking trays, and manpower shortages frequently occurred during loading periods, resulting in significant wasted production time. Our new equipment can directly push a fully loaded baking rack trolley into the machine. The machine will automatically extract the baking trays from the trolley according to the program, complete the cutting process, and then send the sliced cake slices to the next process. After the entire process is completed, the trolley is full of finished products and can be directly transferred to the next process. This equipment significantly reduces operation time and effectively reduces the workload of on-site technicians.
