The ultrasonic cutting machine is a system for cutting cakes in baking trays 600 x 400 mm.

The baking trays are brought into the correct cutting position via a conveyor belt. Under the ultrasonic cutting knife, the baking trays are stopped, precisely positioned and fixed during cutting.

The exact cutting takes place by means of the ultrasonic cutting knife, which is mounted on a servo drive bridge over the conveyor belt. As a result, the knife can be brought into any desired cutting position and each cake piece division can be selected.

The knife is adjusted by means of a servo drive. The desired pastry dimensions are entered via a touchscreen function (LCD screen).
