High Speed Ultrasonic Round Cake Slicing Machine – Cheersonic
This high-production inline machine features four cutting stations with manual onload and automatic offload. It includes 4 Ultrasonic blades that vibrate at 20 kHz allowing the machine to slice sticky and difficult to cut products. Touch screen operation allows one operator to run production. The machine has quick-change product holders and can cut various cake diameters. This machine is best for a high produciton facility slicing more tha 400 cakes per hour. This machine is able to be washed and cleaned with soap and water, we recommend using a hand towel. Always be mindful of the pneumatic valves, joints, and mufflers and avoid spraying water directly into pneumatic components. All electric components are sealed for safety, always unplug machine before cleaning.
