Multifunctional Ultrasonic Cutter
The UFM6000 is a multifunctional ultrasonic cutter and impresses with its sophisticated ultrasonic cutting technology installed in a hygienic machine.
The machine is equipped with two height-adjustable ultrasonic knives. Depending on the size of the product to be cut, the machine automatically selects the optimum combination of ultrasonic blades. This eliminates a complicated conversion process.
Round and square products in the baking sheet or on a base are cut by the plant in perfect quality. The individual piece sizes, segments and cutting speeds are freely adjustable via an intuitively operated touch panel.
A conveyor belt helps the operator to convey heavy and large products into the machine. During the cutting process, other products can be placed and cut baked goods removed.
The entire machine structure offers maximum hygiene and can be cleaned within a few minutes.
