The entire working process is fully controlled by intelligent programs, realizing unmanned automatic operation throughout the whole process. In the initial stage of operation, the system automatically identifies the position of the rack trolley and triggers the program-controlled tray removal procedure. The vertical work unit accurately lifts and transports the loaded baking trays to the designated processing station on the lifting gantry. All pastry cutting procedures are completed directly on the stable lifting gantry platform. Supported by high-precision ultrasonic cutting technology, the equipment ensures neat cutting edges, stable product size consistency, and effectively avoids product deformation and residue problems caused by traditional mechanical cutting.
After completing the cutting and forming process of pastries, the system will start the automatic reset program. It stably transports the empty baking trays back to the original positions of the rack trolley in an orderly manner, completing a complete cycle of tray handling, product processing and tray recycling. The whole process runs automatically in a loop, with no need for manual intervention in tray taking, positioning, cutting and tray returning links, which greatly saves labor costs and solves the problems of low efficiency and high error rate of manual tray handling.
