Like eating a cloud, the Double Fromage is comfortable, light and airy. Double layered cheesecake with top layered unbaked and a baked lower layer. Made with Italian Mascarpone cheese, fresh Hokkaido Cream and Milk and Australian Cream Cheese. This unique mixture is sandwiched between baked and no-bake cheesecake through LeTAO’s freezing technology resulting in a spectacular melty cheesecake that is just miraculous! Its main ingredients are resh cream (Contains milk), Cream cheese, Sugar, Whole eggs, Mascarpone cheese, Wheat flour(Contains gluten), Egg yolk, Gelatin, Stabilizer. Freezer Storage -18℃ before the Best Before Date. Thawing in the refrigerator below 10℃ for 5~8 hours for a Silky Cake Taste.
The Double Fromage are soft and tough to cut, which places higher demands on cutting technology and equipment. The use of the ultrasonic technology is suitable to cut soft, creamy, sticky and multi-layer products as well as fresh and frozen products. Using the high frequency vibrations of the blade, we can drastically reduce the friction between the product and the blade, allowing for superior quality cuts, even when processing delicate, soft or crumbly products. Besides, the shape of the cut product will only be modified a little. Due to the high self-purifying capacity of the knives, almost no residual products adhere to the blade surface. So, the Double Fromage will keep their shape and position in the product. The necessary force for cutting will be reduced by up to 90 %. The long durability of the knife reduces production downtimes.
