Industrial Sheet Cake Slicing Machine – Cake Cutter – Cheersonic
This UFM6000 full sheet cutting model will slice a variety of frozen products in or out of the sheet pan/box. The machine features automatic indexing into cut positions and automatic rotation from x to y axis cuts. It also includes a servo-driven indexing system that allows the operator to choose from cut patterns saved in the computer system saving change over time. The servo also gives the option to cut parallelogram and triangle shapes. This model is best for bakeries slicing 100-150 products per hour. This machine is able to be washed and cleaned with soap and water, we recommend using a hand towel. Always be mindful of the pneumatic valves, joints, and mufflers and avoid spraying water directly into pneumatic components. All electric components are sealed for safety, always unplug machine before cleaning.
