Round cheese slices can present a number of technical challenges, from products that are difficult to evenly cut to soft cheeses that are prone to irregular slicing and often leave a residue on the cutting blade.

Using state-of-the-art technology and optional add-ons such as checkweighers, we design the ultrasonic microtome to be fast, clean and precise, providing superior cuts for your cheese and ensuring consistent weight control. We have also developed traditional ultrasonic cutting machines for certain types of round cheese.
