Standard Knives:
Features: These are the most common cake cutting tools, including long stainless steel knives and serrated knives. Long knives are suitable for cutting denser cakes, such as pound cakes; serrated knives are better suited for softer, fluffier cakes, such as sponge cakes or chiffon cakes. Their advantages are low cost, simple operation, and no need for additional energy supply. However, the cutting precision is relatively low, especially for cakes with complex shapes or requiring precise dimensions, making it difficult to achieve ideal results. Furthermore, the knives wear down easily after prolonged use, which may affect the cutting quality.

Wire Cutter:
Features: Mainly composed of a taut steel wire and frame. Cutting is achieved by threading the wire through the cake, putting less pressure on the cake and better preserving its shape, especially for easily deformable cakes, such as mousse cakes. However, wire cutters have a slow cutting speed, require cleaning cake residue from the wire after each cut, and may not be ideal for multi-layered cakes or cakes with hard fillings.
Application Scenarios: Suitable for cutting soft cakes with precise shape requirements. For example, cutting delicate mousse cakes or cheesecakes in high-end pastry shops.
2. Mechanical Cake Cutting Equipment
Rotary Cake Cutter:
