However, the titanium alloy ultrasonic blades equipped with the equipment solve this problem from the root. The effective cutting width of the blade is not less than 26 inches, covering the entire size of the baking tray. It is equipped with a 20 kHz ultrasonic frequency and a generator of 2000 watts or more (recommended specifications of 2500-3000 watts). During the cutting process, the blade vibrates at high frequencies to form a non stick layer, ensuring a smooth and neat cut. At the same time, the titanium alloy material is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, meeting the requirements of food processing.
In terms of production efficiency and operational convenience, equipment performance is particularly outstanding. Its design goal is to stably process more than 40 products per hour, and according to the conventional 6 × 8 grid cutting mode, the single disk processing cycle can be controlled within 45 seconds. The entire process adopts a fully automatic XY axis servo drive system to achieve precise grid cutting, and the operator only needs to be responsible for loading and unloading, greatly reducing labor costs. The device supports programmable cutting mode and has built-in formula storage function, which can quickly switch cutting parameters of different product specifications to meet the production needs of multiple categories.
The equipment fully considers the food processing scenario in terms of structural design and practical performance. For product height ranges of 1.5 to 2 inches, the cutting depth can be flexibly adjusted without the need to replace accessories. The body and exposed parts in contact with food are made of all stainless steel material, and the sanitary design supports daily flushing and cleaning to avoid residual contamination. The power configuration is compatible with a local standard voltage three-phase 60Hz power supply. Specific full load current and gas source requirements can be provided with detailed parameters according to the actual configuration.
