The UFM3100S ultrasonic sandwich cutting system relies on the 20kHz high-frequency vibration cutting principle and is equipped with customized titanium alloy cutting blades. The device is equipped with an integrated automatic alignment and calibration device, which ensures precise positioning of the product through dual protection of photoelectric induction and mechanical positioning. The cutting height adjustment adopts a user-friendly touch screen interactive interface, supporting real-time digital display and one click adjustment. Non deformable cutting
The system is equipped with high-frequency vibration titanium alloy blade components, which act on the cutting process with a stable vibration frequency of 20kHz. The micro amplitude oscillation generated by high-frequency vibration can create an instantaneous separation effect between the blade and the material contact surface, reducing cutting resistance while minimizing material adhesion, minimizing the risk of product deformation caused by cutting forces, effectively reducing waste of corner materials, and improving raw material utilization.
Efficient production
The equipment adopts optimized transmission and cutting collaborative design, which combines operational stability and processing efficiency. In single-layer stacking processing mode, it can stably process about 70 products per minute; When the double-layer stacking processing mode is enabled, the processing efficiency is increased to 140 parts per minute; If a three-layer stacking processing scheme is adopted, the maximum processing rate can reach 210 parts per minute. By flexibly switching between multi-layer processing modes, different production capacity requirements can be met, significantly improving the overall output efficiency of the production line.
Highly customizable
In response to diversified production needs, the system supports comprehensive customized adjustment of cutting parameters. The cutting height can be easily adjusted through the touch screen interface, with a maximum adjustment range of 125mm, covering the processing needs of products with different thicknesses. In addition, core parameters such as cutting frequency and feed rate can be finely set according to material characteristics such as hardness and elasticity, flexibly adapting to processing scenarios of various products such as bread, sandwiches, and pastries, enhancing the equipment’s adaptability in diversified production.
