Round Cheese Ultrasonic Cutting Machine

The UFM3100 is an online round cheese ultrasonic cutting machine designed to cut a piece of cheese into a fixed weight. The machine can be integrated with a weighing scale for pre-weighing round cheese and then cutting it equally to achieve the desired result, reducing waste and increasing production. Each cheese is individually weighed, evaluated, and the number of cuts determined. The ultrasonic cutting head performs the cutting task and cuts the round cheese into equal weighted sectors. The machine uses a stainless steel frame and food grade materials. The design is very easy to use, clean, easy to maintain, and easy to operate.
