Operators can preset the cutting length and quantity via a touchscreen, switching easily from 5cm mini packs to 20cm standard packs with an error controlled within 1mm. The finished product has smooth, even edges after cutting, requiring no secondary trimming and effectively reducing material waste.
The liner and stacking mechanism clears the way for subsequent packaging. The liner module automatically cuts, positions, and attaches food-grade anti-stick paper, automatically adjusting the paper length and placement according to product specifications to ensure that the liners at the bottom of each Swiss roll are neat and uniform. The stacking mechanism uses a flexible robotic arm design, sensing the softness of the cake base through pressure sensors and stacking it with just the right amount of force. It can stack up to six layers in an orderly fashion without leaving indentations on the surface, perfectly meeting the delicate requirements of manual operation.
The entire system uses a stainless steel body and food-grade contact parts, meeting hygiene standards and allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning. Its integrated control system enables seamless coordination across all stages, automating the entire process from rolling to stacking, increasing production efficiency to more than six times that of manual operation.
